  Manitoba invited 299 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination on March 11 This is the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)’s fifth draw of the year. Skilled workers and international graduates were issued Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) through the following three streams, along with their minimum Expression of Interest (EOI) score requirements: Skilled Workers in Manitoba— 261 invitations with a minimum score of 459; International Education Stream— 3 invitations with a minimum score of 728; and Skilled Workers Overseas— 35 invitations.

Of those invited, 72 may be eligible for the SINP’s Express Entry subcategory, and 176 may get the nomination through the Occupations In-Demand sub-category.

  British Columbia Conducted Latest Tech Pilot Draw Invites 95 Skilled Candidates On March 9, 2021 The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) Tech Pilot draw issued invitations to candidates under the Express Entry BC and Skills immigration categories. Selected candidates who were from the Skilled Worker and International Graduate subcategories needed a minimum provincial score of 80.

Canada invited 671 Express Entry candidates to send in their applications for permanent residence on March 8.

Express Entry candidates who get a provincial nomination are automatically given 600 points on top of their original human capital score. Meaning those who had the minimum score of 739, had a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 139 without the provincial nomination.

Ontario has invited a total of 271 candidates through the Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream so far in 2021.

British Columbia Issued A Total Of 444 Invitations In The Latest BC PNP Draw Held On March 2, 2021 The minimum scores for the largest draw ranged between 83 and 97 points. A total of 418 were invited in this draw. There was also a separate draw conducted for retail and wholesale trade managers (NOC 0621) and restaurant and food service managers (NOC 0631), where 26 invitations were issued to candidates with scores of at least 118.

  Alberta Issued 159 Invitations In The Latest PNP Draw Held On February 16, 2021 Alberta PNP draw invites Express Entry candidates with CRS of at least 352 The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program invited a total of 159 Express Entry candidates to apply for the Alberta Express Entry stream. Invited candidates only needed a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 352. These candidates can now apply for a provincial nomination, which will bump them to the top of the Express Entry pool.

In this draw, the OINP invited Express Entry candidates to apply for the provincial nomination if they had work experience in one of the following 10 occupations: Banking, credit and other investment managers (NOC 0122); Advertising, marketing and public relations managers (NOC 0124); Other business services managers (NOC 0125); Corporate sales managers (NOC 0601); Financial auditors and accountants (NOC 1111); Financial and investment analysts (NOC 1112); Human resources professionals (NOC 1121); Professional occupations in business management consulting (NOC 1122); Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses (NOC 3012); and Business development officers and marketing researchers and consultants (NOC 4163).

  BC PNP invites 87 immigration candidates in new Tech Pilot draw The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program invited candidates in the Express Entry BC and Skills Immigration categories. Invited candidates who were from the Skilled Worker and International Graduate subcategories needed a minimum provincial score of 75, which is five points lower than the previous Tech Pilot-specific draws of 2021.

  PEI holds new PNP draw inviting 121 immigration candidates Express Entry, Labour Impact, and Business Impact candidates were invited to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence. The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) issued a total of 121 invitations. Most of the invitations, 102, went to Express Entry and Labour Impact candidates. Business Impact candidates took home the remaining 19, as long as they had a minimum point threshold of 82.

B.C. invites 494 immigration candidates, holds two PNP draws British Columbia invites 494 immigration candidates in two separate Provincial Nominee Program draws held on February 16, 2021. A total of 459  invitations went to candidates from the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry BC (EEBC) streams of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). Another 35 invitations were issued to candidates who work as retail and wholesale trade managers as well as restaurant and food service managers.
